All 1BR units Occ: Max 4/Pri 2 and Max 4/Pri 4 have ½ bath, (shower, no tub), a full kitchen, a queen bed and a queen pull out sofa. Facilities are smaller than those at larger resorts. Although there are no restaurants on site, there are several located only a few blocks away. Many will deliver to your suite. No pets allowed. Office hours are from 7AM-7PM. You may contact the resort in advance at 501 26 2382 or via email at the above-mentioned address. There is a US$11 charge for water per couple/per week and a utility surcharge of US$10-US$20 (based upon meter reading) per week. A car is not necessary to enjoy the island. Golf carts, which are the most common means of transportation on the island, are available for rent.
